How Does It Work?

The Wandering Men are all about giving to our fans. If you don't believe me, just check out some of our convention coverage or spend a little time in the freebies section of the site. To that end, we've decided to expand that ideal into each of our areas of "expertise" and help foster confidence, knowledge and overall experience for you in those areas. This concept has given rise to a whole new section of Wanderingmen.com, and we like to call it "How Does It Work?"

So what exactly is "How Does It Work?", you ask? Basically, they will be series of articles on a wide range of subjects that we, as the Wandering Men, feel we have some experience in that we'd like to pass on to you. Hall might bring us a series of articles on digital art techniques while Davis may begin teaching classes on how to tie knots or the best way to find hidden locations to explore. Meanwhile, Ashy might give us some techniques for marketing your product or for running a collaborative project while Nathan may take us on a crash course in the "show-don't-tell" style of writing or tips on creating online communities like Plotstorming.com!

So just sit back, relax and enjoy the show! Please drop by our forums and give us some feedback and let us know what you think, or suggest some topics for future articles! WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Since y'all are the best self-promoters I know, I'd love to hear about how you do it! It's more than just marketing - it's creating a personality that you take to cons. Teach us! Very Happy Thank you!
