Welp, I'm very pleased to announce that today I finished up with a major project at the Studio and it was a first time-kinda thing for me! While I cannot say a whole lot about it at the moment, I can say that it involves The 2008 Red Stick Animation Festival and their Give Us Your Best Pitch Contest -- and that I'm VERY, VERY EXCITED about it! Please keep me and the gang from the Studio in your prayers over the next couple of weeks! We want whatever God wants to happen and that's what we're praying for, so please add that to your prayer lists! (Let's just hope he wants really good things to happen in Baton Rogue for the "little-animation-studio-that-could", eh?)
Anywho, the project was a very fast-turnaround kinda thing and everyone in the Studio really pulled together and made it happen. It was super-exciting to see all of these wonderfully talented folks swing into action and make something stellar out of literally AN IDEA in DAYS. Also, it was very cool personally for me because I got to perform a major event in the animation/television world that I'd never done before, so I learned alot and can now add that to my "Things That I Have Done" list.
I asked Pimp Vader about what he thought about the whole thing and he had this to say:

Things to look forward to from the WM this week and next: a whole new type of update on the site, me finishing up the podcast for next week, some new blog posts from the rest of the WM, more of the new "look and feel" added to the site and continued interlinking of articles! (If you haven't noticed those, check out the "Related Posts" at the bottom of this page; if they're blank, then I have not gotten to them yet)!
