The faint echo of foot steppes bounced along the pipe and cable lined hallway. The cold hard floor and the circuit board ceiling did nothing to stifle the sound. Where in the crap am I ?

Door after door rolled by me. Most had been locked tight, the one that had opened sent a cascade of photos spilling out onto the hallway floor. It took forever to get those crammed back in there. Hope I didn't mess um up. I'm lost! Gotta be... I had been walking along this access maintenance tunnel area for no telling how long. It reminded me of a scene from Logan's Run. Yup! I'm lost!

Let's see... "Hole in the Wall BBQ" odd name for a door... Locked!... "Dancing in a Kilt" Locked or not, I'm not going there… let see this one reads... "The Visitor" If there is some green faced lizard alien behind this door I'm in trouble... Nope! Locked!... This next one says “Refuge” may be it is… nope, Locked! CRUD! Hey this door is different… there is no title on it at all. (Gasp!) It’s unlocked! The door swung inward with ease revealing the velvet blackness with in.

"Hello!"

"ello...ello...ello"

Hum, empty. Gotta be a switch here some where... Let me see...AH! (click) The florescent light a good 20 feet above my head flickered slowly to life. The room was totally empty except for a stool that sat in the center of the floor. The walls were smooth and white as was the floor and ceiling...

"humm… now if it were only padded I'd feel right at home."

"ome...ome...ome"

"Gurrr, if it were padded it wouldn't ECHO!"

"ECHO...ECho...echo"

Smile This will do nicely! I picked up the stool and moved it to one of the far corners of the room. There I unfolded my set of brushes and assorted drawing devices. I chose a nice marker and sat upon the stool that had been so graciously provided me in "My" room facing the corner. A sudden thought crossed my mind and I hopped up and ran across the room to the door flinging it open. With a quick scribble I scribed the name of my new home across the out side of the bleach white door.

HALL'S ART CORNER

I closed the door and started back to my stool when I stopped and turned back to the door. I opened it once again and scribbled "COME IN ANY TIME". Smiling I turned once again to my stool this time leaving the door open as I did so.

Welcome to my room, my blog. This is a place where I'll drop the occasional line and maybe even a crazy story now and again. I'll answer questions and be happy to look at work and give an opinion or hand in helping ya fix something. So stop in any time, There is PLENTY of blank wall to draw on in here.
