In preparation for Omegacon '08, The Wandering Men were asked to participate in an interview for Birmingham public access T.V.'s (Channel 04) well-known show, Dean & Company. We were happy to oblidge, seeing as this would be our debut on television. We've gotten copies of the interview, posted them on our Youtube channel and just wanted to share the Wandering Men love! You read it right! The Wandering Men were recently featured on Birmingham's ABC news affiliate, ABC 33/40! Check out the short, but o-so-sweet interview below!
If you've been to the website recently, then you know that the Wandering Men have been crowing about our most recent (and largest) media exposure opportunity to date. We were featured on the front page of a north Alabama newspaper, The Decatur Daily (you can read more about all of that here).
While we were there, however, we snagged some video of the actual interview itself and we've uploaded them to our YouTube channel. Check out ALL SEVEN VIDEOS and let us know what you think of the whole affair!
We made the newspaper again - and didn't even know it!! That's right, folks - the Wandering Men must have made an impression on The Decatur Daily, because now our words are being used for pull quotes - check it out here (under "Turn off the boob tube") - WOO HOO!
Recently, the Wandering Men were delighted to be interviewed by a north Alabama newspaper, The Decatur Daily! Originally, we thought the interview was going to be a small, short and informal affair, but before we knew it, we were blessed with a FEATURE in the Living Section of the Sunday News!

The article was truly an excellent one and while we were talking to the reporter (and later, having our photos made) we were able to snap several pictures and were even able to snag some video. WOW! The Wandering Men have been honored to be featured on the well known U.K. Book Review and Editorial site, Gateway Monthly! Paul Norman was gracious enough to provide a quick overview of what we're doing and likened our work to the legendary Robert E. Howard (Creator of Conan!) and the sci-fi legend, John Norman (author of the best-selling Chronicles of Gor!)!!! WOW - thanks, Paul! Talk about an uber-honor!
